We are offering student grants to cover part of the travel and registration expenses. To apply, send us a zip file containing:
- A grant application document (PDF)
- A copy of your student ID
- A letter of support from your supervisor
The grant application should be 1 page maximum. It should contain the following:
- Full name, address, university
- Date when the PhD started
- Topic of the PhD and supervisor(s)
- A short CV describing your current research and publications related to the conference topic
- Why attending the workshop would be beneficial to you
The application should be sent to tasosnent@iit.demokritos.gr by the 30th of May.
